Joyce is your grandma okay??? I hope everything is fine.. i feel so sad about myself, i am so fat in the photos.. fat like a pig... haiz... i hate my size... Today i happen to see the channel 8 show about helping fat lady turns beauty thru the help of the slimming centre.. This show aims to look for their model to be their spokesperson. I should join that competition then i cAN Lose weight.. so depressed now.. anyway i will still lose cos i dun have my own personality and know nothing of grooming.. i feel so lost as everyone are maturing but for me, i am still very childish.. Other than this, i have big and fat arms which cannot be reduced by exercising.. can someone help me get back my confidence. Sometime i tell myself to ignore other comments but some are just so hurtful that makes me eat more and more. This week i was suppose to go on diet but instead of eating less, i eat more than i can consumed.. Help me.. can someone give me some solutions...
